Llegado el mes de noviembre, damos por concluidas las movilidades previstas en nuestro proyecto Erasmus + “Plurilingüismo para la Igualdad de Oportunidades”. finalmente, hemos realizado tres cursos en el Reino Unido relacionados con la metodología AICLE/CLIL y con la mejora del inglés. Ahora, vamos a empezar a ofrecer al resto de claustro toda la información recabada en estos cursos así como a iniciar la preparación de nuestro siguiente proyecto que tendrá como uno de sus principales objetivos el conocer de primera mano, y mediante “job shadowing”, la forma en que se trabaja alrededor de Europa.
Creemos muy importante poder hacer extensiva nuestra experiencia y conocimientos adquiridos al resto de compañeros, de manera que se optimice al máximo la inversión que Europa ha hecho en nuestra formación. Así pues, estamos dando continuidad a los pasos ya dados, a través de la formación del profesorado gracias al Plan Anual de Formación del Centro, la difusión de todo lo aprendido a través de las plataformas habituales y, lo más importante, el trabajo con el alumnado siguiendo la metodología CLIL.
Queremos poner las primeras piedras del camino hacia el plurilingüismo real, que ayude a abrir las puertas de Europa y del mundo a todo el alumnado del Ximén.
First Stage Successfully Finished
Once November has arrived, the expected mobilities for our project Erasmus + “Plurilingüismo para la Igualdad de Oportunidades” have reached its end. Finally, we have completed three courses in the United Kingdom covering the CLIL methodology and the improvement of our English. Now, we are going to start offering to the rest of the faculty any information referred to what we have learnt in these courses as well as to initiate the planification of our next project, which will be oriented towards getting first hand knowledge, through “job shadowing”, on the way of working around Europe.
We consider that extending our experience and acquired knowledge to our colleagues is very important in order to maximize the investment that Europe has made for us. Therefore, we are giving continuity to the steps that have already been made. This continuity is achieved by training the faculty thanks to the “Plan Anual de Formación del Centro”, by the dissemination of acquired knowledge through the usual platforms and, most importantly, with work with the students following the CLIL methodology.
What we expect to accomplish is to begin the journey towards a real multilingualism that opens our student body to more development chances in Europe and in all the world.
